Pan de Roma & Cena al Chiaro di Lu

From July 24th to 26th, 2025, we had three truly unforgettable days amidst the breathtaking vineyards of Bricco Lu, in Costigliole d’Asti, for the fifth edition of 'La Notte al Chiar di Lu' (The Night in the Moonlight).

It was three magical evenings dedicated to music, wine and stars. Each night, dinner was served right among the vines and the sweet star of every evening was our Pan de Vino, a delicious 'grande lievitato' with raisins soaked in Gozzelino's Moscato d’Asti DOCG. This event truly solidifies the partnership between our two companies, which also took the opportunity to launch a new line of Luxury Boxes for the upcoming Christmas holidays.

Pan de Roma & Con il cuore nel Piatto

A special shout-out to Laura Marciani for inviting us to 'Con il cuore nel piatto' (With the Heart on the Plate)—a fantastic event held on June 26th, 2025, that brilliantly unites haute cuisine and solidarity. Over 60 chefs, 35 artisan food producers, and suppliers all came together to support those fighting neuromuscular diseases every day.

It was a true honor and an immense pleasure for us to contribute our Pan de Roma to such a noble cause, supporting the NeMO Clinical Center.

A huge thanks also goes out to all of you who stopped by to taste our Pan de Roma! You tried both its sweet version with ricotta ice cream and the bold, savory Cacio & Pepe twist. Your curiosity and your time were the biggest gift for us.

Pan de Roma & Degustanzio

On May 22nd, 2025, our Pan de Roma took center stage in Anzio, winning over the crowd at the Degustanzio event!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our friends at Enoteca del Gatto and to Antonio Stigliano for the invitation. And a special note of gratitude to Mayor Aurelio Lo Fazio for the wonderfully warm welcome.

On May 13th, 2025, we were thrilled to take part in the 14th edition of Piritaly! This amazing food, wine, and culture event is hosted by the Pira family at their organic farm, Tenuta il Radichino, in Ischia di Castro (Viterbo).

For the occasion, we were delighted to introduce guests and friends to our signature specialties: the Pan de Roma, the Pan de Vino, and our Crunch line of savory biscuits.

It truly was a fun day—packed with great encounters, new connections, and valuable business contacts!

On May 4th and 5th, we were excited to join the Viniamo 2025 event, organized by Stefano Minelli at the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo, serving as a technical sponsor.

We also had the pleasure of attending the Masterclass on Barbera and Moscato from the Sergio Gozzellino winery, masterfully led by Roberta Marchese Ragona.

To wrap up the tasting, we were thrilled to present our Pan de Vino, made with raisins soaked in the Gozzellino's Moscato d’Asti DOCG—a truly perfect blend of tradition and innovation.

Pan de Roma & Pasqua al Circo

On Saturday and Sunday, April 5th and 6th, 2025, we were delighted to take part in 'Pasqua al Circo' (Easter at the Circus)! This wonderful event, dedicated to the culinary and wine emotions of Easter, was hosted at Garum – Museo della Cucina amidst the evocative walls of the Palatine.

It was an exclusive, immersive gathering, expertly curated by Sara De Bellis and Simona D’Alessandro, bringing together renowned personalities and a large crowd. For the occasion, we proudly presented and offered tastings of some of our latest creations: the Pan de Roma, our Artisanal Colomba (Easter cake), and the brand-new Crunch line—savory biscuits inspired by the flavors of traditional Roman sauces.
