Salvo Leanza and Paolo Pannuti's artisan laboratory was born out of a passion for leavened products.

Two different stories united by an irrepressible passion for pastry and the desire to create products of the highest quality. Salvo Leanza, a pastry chef with experience in renowned restaurants and a pastry teacher, and Paolo Pannuti, a personal chef with a deep passion for cooking, met in 2021 during a viennoiserie course.

From that meeting, a partnership was born based on professionalism, dedication and the continuous search for innovation. Together, they perfected their art and created an artisanal production of leavened products that won over high-end restaurants and luxury hotels.

In their laboratory, study and creativity blend together to create unique products, made with the highest quality raw materials and maniacal attention to detail.
