Pan de Roma & Pasqua al Circo

On Saturday and Sunday, April 5th and 6th, 2025, we were delighted to take part in 'Pasqua al Circo' (Easter at the Circus)! This wonderful event, dedicated to the culinary and wine emotions of Easter, was hosted at Garum – Museo della Cucina amidst the evocative walls of the Palatine.

It was an exclusive, immersive gathering, expertly curated by Sara De Bellis and Simona D’Alessandro, bringing together renowned personalities and a large crowd. For the occasion, we proudly presented and offered tastings of some of our latest creations: the Pan de Roma, our Artisanal Colomba (Easter cake), and the brand-new Crunch line—savory biscuits inspired by the flavors of traditional Roman sauces.
