We also had the pleasure of attending the Masterclass on Barbera and Moscato from the Sergio Gozzellino winery, masterfully led by Roberta Marchese Ragona.
To wrap up the tasting, we were thrilled to present our Pan de Vino, made with raisins soaked in the Gozzellino's Moscato d’Asti DOCG—a truly perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
