Our fantastic collaboration with Casa Sant'Anna Onlus continues! On March 20th, 2025, we were honored to attend their Charity Gala at the Grand Hotel Flora, where we had the special opportunity to present our Pan de Roma to H.R.H. Prince and Grand Master Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy.

This was a significant occasion for us to introduce our product to the larger family of the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy.

The evening wrapped up beautifully with the offer of our Crunch line biscuits to all guests—both the sweet and savory versions—a perfect, delightful finale to the event.

Pan de Roma & Casa Sant'Anna Onlus

Venerdì 7 marzo 2025 presso la Casa del Pane nel castello di Torrenova sulla via Casilina, Salpa e Casa Sant'Anna Onlus hanno iniziato una collaborazione fatta di incontri, attività e lezioni. In questa prima serata abbiamo presentato il Pan de Roma ad un nutrito gruppo di amici dell'associazione e ci siamo intrattenuti con un rinfresco home made by Salpa. Grazie a don Vittorio e ai suoi collaboratori per averci coinvolto in questa avventura. Presto di daremo il calendario dei prossimi incontri.

 

On Friday, March 7th, 2025, a wonderful collaboration kicked off between Salpa and Casa Sant'Anna Onlus! This partnership, full of meetings, activities, and workshops, began at the Casa del Pane (House of Bread) in the Torrenova Castle on the Via Casilina.

During this first evening, we were thrilled to present our Pan de Roma to a great group of the association’s friends. We all enjoyed a delicious home-made refreshment courtesy of Salpa.

A huge thank you to Don Vittorio and his collaborators for involving us in this exciting new adventure. We’ll be sharing the schedule for the next get-togethers soon!

Pan de Roma & Doc Italy per il Giubileo delle Eccellenze per la Pace

On March 3rd, 2025, the 'Jubilee of Excellence for Peace' event, promoted by Doc Italy, took place in the council hall of Palazzo Valentini in Rome.

During the ceremony, Master Salvo Leanza was honored with the title of Doc Italy Diplomat of Taste for Pastry. This is a significant recognition that truly celebrates his work, which is rich in professionalism and passion.

A huge thank you goes out to Doc Italy President Tiziana Sirna and all her incredible staff.

Pan de Roma al Sigep 2025

From January 18th to 22nd, 2025, we were at SIGEP in Rimini! This is the must-attend international trade fair for Pastry & Chocolate, Coffee, Bakery, and Pizza.

SALPA visited with a few key goals: to meet new suppliers, cement agreements for future collaborations, introduce our Pan de Roma to an international audience, and, of course, catch up with lifelong friends and colleagues.
