Pan de Roma & Nebbiolo nel Cuore

In the salons of the Westin Excelsior Hotel in Rome, a Masterclass on Gozzelino’s Barbera took place, led by Marco Sciarrini, a respected and authoritative voice in contemporary wine storytelling.

Special guest Luca Grippo, Masterclass teater and journalist, renowned for his ability to translate the complexity of the glass into narrative and emotion.

The experience concluded with Gozzelino Moscato d’Asti, paired with our Pan de Vino, crafted using the same Moscato.

For the first time, we took part in Panettone Maximo 2025, a leading event dedicated to the excellence of Italian leavened pastry. It was an intense and inspiring experience, shared alongside outstanding professionals, and it encourages us to continue our journey of research, improvement, and refinement of our products.

Pan de Roma & Merano WineFestival

From November 7th to 11th, 2025, we had the honor of taking part in the prestigious Merano WineFestival, one of the most important food and wine events in Europe.

We are proud to announce that our Pan de Vino received the Platinum The WineHunter Award, the highest recognition given to outstanding products for their quality and uniqueness.

And that’s not all: our Pan de Roma, Classic Panettone, and Crunch savory biscuits were honored with the Gold The WineHunter Award, confirming the passion and dedication we put into our work every day.

It was an extraordinary result for our first time at the Merano WineFestival, filling us with pride and inspiring us to keep innovating while staying true to our artisanal roots.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who believed in us and shared this achievement — these awards are the result of a shared vision built on dedication, quality, and a genuine love for authentic flavor.

Pan de Roma & Emergente Chef/Pizza

The 2026 edition of the EmergenteChef and EmergentePizza Awards is officially underway!

Following the Northern Selection held in Milan, it was time for the Central-Southern Selection, which took place at the ELIS Campus in Rome on September 30th and October 1st, 2025. The event saw the best young talents from Central and Southern Italy compete to select the finalists who, alongside the Northern winners, will go on to the Grand Finale in Spring 2026.

We at Pan de Roma® were delighted to participate as a technical sponsor, sweetening the experience for the competitors, the sizable juries, fellow sponsors, and all the staff and personnel at ELIS. We brought along our mini viennoiserie pastries and a selection of our exquisite baked cakes. And, of course, tastings of our signature Pan de Roma were a must!

A special thank you goes out to Luigi Cremona and Lorenza Vitali for having us by their side for this event. We truly feel this marks the beginning of a very fruitful collaboration.

Pan de Roma & Colazioni da Collezione

On Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, we had the pleasure of being invited to the exclusive Roman press presentation of Colazioni da Collezione® by Sara De Bellis. It was a fantastic opportunity to discover the origins, core values, and exciting new features of Italy's first digital guide dedicated to "Memorable Italian Awakings."

The event was hosted at the beautiful Elizabeth Unique Hotel, a five-star boutique hotel with whom we've recently started a collaboration, specifically focused on their breakfast offerings. For the journalists in attendance, we were thrilled to showcase not only our mini all-butter viennoiserie pastry line but also our artisanal Crunch biscuit collection, and of course, our Pan de Roma®, the grande lievitato dedicated to the city of Rome.

Pan de Roma & Vinòforum

From September 8th to 14th, 2025, we had the fantastic opportunity to participate in Vinòforum, a Premium Edition held in the stunning setting of Piazza di Siena at Villa Borghese. Throughout the week, we were honored to be regular guests at the Club Amici del Toscano, where our artisan products beautifully complemented their masterclasses.

With the familiar aroma of our sourdough starter always by our side, we offered a delightful array of tastings. We showcased our sweet and savory biscuits, the Pan de Roma® – our signature grande lievitato dedicated to the Eternal City – and the Pan de Vino, a perfect pairing for the event. We even offered a few sneak peeks of our Panettone, getting ready for the Christmas season.

On Tuesday evening, we presented a very special version of our Pan de Roma, elegantly served with a vanilla ice cream infused with the subtle fragrance of a Toscano cigar. It was a truly memorable experience!
